Presentation i need a good presentation to read it from 5 to 6 minuets using easy words. In-class student presentation assignment

Each presentation will last from 5 to 10 minutes, during which time, each student will be asked to read the title of their research paper from the list of approved research paper topics provided, read a statement of their pros and cons and summarize their research paper’s conclusions. In the interest of time, students will be required to omit the use of visual aids, electronic or otherwise during the presentation. Rather than an assignment centered around electronic displays of slides, graphs and tables –typically presented in rapid succession, students will be encouraged to think of themselves as “attorneys” or “policy scientists” or “policy makers” making a final summation of an argument before a jury of their peers or constituents instead of an image of themselves making a typical video or Power point presentation before a class of their peers. Not only will such an approach place the emphasis on persuasion and strength of argument, it will also eliminate technology and more precisely any possible glitches in the technology occurring during the course of the presentation, from unduly influencing the student’s presentation grade.
Each student must also defend their research paper conclusions and answer any questions raised by students and/or the Instructor, at the time of the in-class presentation. No-shows will receive the score of “0” for the assignments while late presentations, if accepted, will receive a 40 point-late penalty. Presentations will NOT be made after the “last-day-of-classes” point in the semester. Students will be encouraged to take the paper presentation deadline seriously and allowed and indeed encouraged to complete the presentation before their scheduled presentation date to avoid unforeseen circumstances that may cause them to fail to present on time. The paper presentation provides a total of 100 points and represents 25% of the student’s final grade.
Frequent reminders of this important assignment will be made by the Instructor throughout the course of the semester. Of course, students with questions and/or concerns regarding the paper presentation assignment are required to notify the Instructor at the earliest possible time.
